JBMOnboard360 / Resources / Multi-branch software
Multi-branch clinic and salon software
Opening a second branch without losing track of the first.
The second branch is where WhatsApp groups, shared spreadsheets and a billing app per counter stop working. JBMOnboard360 gives each branch its own workspace for clients, staff, bookings and GST bills, and lets the owner move between branches from one login, so each branch runs on its own and nothing is mixed up.
What changes at two branches
The problems a multi-branch business actually has
- Different GST registrations. A branch in another state needs its own GSTIN, and bills from that branch must carry it. Branches in the same state can share one registration but often want their own invoice series.
- Staff who work in one place. Attendance, leave and permissions belong to a branch. A receptionist at Branch A shouldn't see Branch B's revenue.
- Separate stock. Products and consumables are counted per branch, or the reorder list means nothing.
- One brand on WhatsApp. Enquiries come to a brand number and need to reach the right branch quickly.
- An owner who wants to check every branch without logging in and out of different apps, or ringing each manager for the day's numbers.
How it's set up
Each branch is a workspace; the owner holds the keys
A workspace per branch
Each branch runs as its own organisation, with its own clients, appointments, invoices, stock and staff. Data stays separate between branches.
One owner login
Owners and area managers who belong to several branches switch between them from the organisation switcher, without signing out.
Branch-wise GST
Each branch has its own GSTIN, state, default SAC and rate. CGST+SGST or IGST follows the branch's state.
Roles per branch
Admin, manager, practitioner, receptionist and viewer roles, set per branch. Page permissions control what each role sees.
Staff HR per branch
Attendance, leave, salary slip records and performance reviews for the branch's own team.
Reports per branch
Revenue, appointments, dues and client growth, with custom reports and dashboards you build for each branch.
Today, reports are per branch. There is no single consolidated report that adds up every branch automatically; owners switch branch to see each. Tell us in the demo if consolidated reporting is a must for you.
Setting up branch two
A practical checklist for opening a new branch
- GST first. Same state: decide whether the branch shares your GSTIN and whether it needs its own invoice series (Rule 46 allows multiple series, each up to 16 characters and unique in the financial year). Different state: register in that state before the first bill.
- Copy what works. Services, prices, packages, forms and case sheet templates should match across branches unless there's a reason they don't. Write the list once and set up the new branch to match; we help with this during setup.
- Decide who sees what. List who needs access to both branches (owner, area manager, accountant) and who only works at one.
- Plan stock. Opening stock per branch, and who reorders.
- Route WhatsApp enquiries. One brand number with the AI assistant answering general questions and capturing the lead, then the right branch's team following up. Or one number per branch. Both work; pick the one your clients will understand.
- Packages across branches. Decide whether a package bought at one branch can be used at another, and how you will account for it between branches. Write the rule down for staff.
What it costs for 2, 5 or 10 branches
JBMOnboard360 is priced per user, not per branch: ₹1,999 per user per month billed annually, plus 18% GST (₹2,499 monthly). A user is a staff member who logs in. A typical small branch has a receptionist and a manager logging in; practitioners can be listed on bookings without their own login. So 5 branches with 2 logins each is 10 users, about ₹19,990 a month before GST on annual billing. If each branch has many staff who need logins, compare against per-outlet tools as well. Our pricing guide works through both models.
Fit check
Is this the right setup for your chain?
| Your business | Our honest take |
|---|---|
| 2 to 20 branches of a clinic, salon or spa | Good fit. Separate branches, one owner login. |
| Branches in different states | Good fit. Each branch carries its own GSTIN and state. |
| You need one consolidated P&L across branches | Partly. Reports are per branch; consolidate in your accounts. |
| Franchise royalties, territory management, POS hardware | Not a fit. Use franchise or retail ERP software for those parts. |
Questions
Multi-branch questions
Can one owner manage several branches from one login?
Yes. Each branch is its own workspace, and owners or managers who belong to several branches switch between them without signing out.
Can each branch have its own GSTIN?
Yes. GST settings, including GSTIN, state, default SAC and rate, are set per branch, so bills carry the right registration.
Is pricing per branch or per user?
Per user: ₹1,999 per user per month billed annually plus GST, or ₹2,499 monthly. There is no separate per-branch fee.
Is there a consolidated report across all branches?
Not automatically. Reports and dashboards are per branch today, and owners switch branch to view each.
Can staff at one branch see another branch's data?
Only if you add them to that branch. Data is kept separate between branch workspaces.
