JBMOnboard360 / Resources / Dietitian software
Dietitians and nutritionists in India
Dietitian software for the part of the practice that isn't the diet chart.
Writing the plan is the part dietitians are trained for. Chasing check-ins, renewing 3-month programmes, answering "what can I eat at a wedding" on WhatsApp and issuing bills is what eats the week. JBMOnboard360 runs that practice side: bookings, programme packages, intake forms, WhatsApp follow-ups and invoices.
Know what you're buying
Two kinds of nutrition software
Search for dietitian software in India and you'll mostly find diet-plan builders. They are built around a food database (often the Indian Food Composition Tables published by ICMR-NIN), macro calculations and printable meal plans. Those tools are good at one thing: producing the plan.
The second kind of software runs the practice: who has a consult tomorrow, whose programme ends this week, who hasn't sent their weekly weight, who paid and who didn't. That is what JBMOnboard360 does. It does not include a recipe or meal database, so if your diet charts depend on a food database, keep the tool you have and use JBMOnboard360 around it.
What JBMOnboard360 covers for a nutrition practice
- Programme packages. Sell a 1, 3 or 6-month programme with a set number of consults. Each consult redeems one session, and packages can expire, which ends the "I still have two sessions from last year" conversation.
- Nutrition questionnaire and diet-plan workflow. Wellness practices get a step-by-step nutrition workflow: questionnaire, assessment and a diet plan recorded against the client.
- Lab report reading. For wellness practices, the AI can pull values out of an uploaded lab report into the client record, so you aren't retyping HbA1c and lipid profiles. Always check the extracted values against the report.
- Intake forms with QR codes. Send a form link before the first consult, or put the QR code at the reception desk. Forms can include a consent checkbox.
- Check-in cadence. Book the next consult to repeat every 7 or 14 days, so weekly reviews don't depend on memory.
- WhatsApp follow-ups. Automations send reminders before consults and messages after them. The WhatsApp AI bot answers new enquiries from the knowledge base you write: programme fees, consult timings, online versus in-person.
- Video consults. Pro includes video calls, with optional AI meeting summaries saved to the client record.
- Invoices. GST-ready invoices when you're registered, with payment tracking so renewals and dues are visible.

Where clients come from
Leads, Instagram and WhatsApp
Many nutrition practices in India get most new clients from Instagram, reels and Meta lead ads, then close them on WhatsApp. That works until there are 40 conversations and nobody remembers who asked about the PCOS programme. JBMOnboard360 pulls leads from Meta lead ads, Google lead forms and WhatsApp into one inbox, with a follow-up date on each and a daily digest of who needs a call. If you send programme announcements on WhatsApp, the broadcast feature only sends to contacts who have opted in, skips anyone who has opted out, and needs an approval before it goes. Meta charges per marketing message; see WhatsApp Business API pricing in India.
Claims and advertising
If your practice works with doctors, the National Medical Commission's October 2026 guidelines on ethical advertising bar patient testimonials and guaranteed results in promotion by doctors. Even where they don't apply, "lose 10 kg in 30 days" style claims attract complaints. JBMOnboard360 doesn't publish reviews or before-and-after galleries for you, and we'd suggest your own marketing stays factual about what the programme includes.
Pricing
₹1,999 per user per month billed annually, plus 18% GST, or ₹2,499 per user per month billed monthly. A solo dietitian pays for one user. A practice with an assistant handling bookings pays for two. Start with the 7-day free trial; no card needed.
Questions
Dietitian software questions
Does JBMOnboard360 have an Indian food database or recipe library?
No. It has a nutrition questionnaire and diet-plan workflow for recording the plan, but no food database or recipe library. Keep a diet-plan builder for that and use JBMOnboard360 for the practice side.
Can I run online consults?
Yes. The Pro plan includes video calls, and AI meeting summaries can be saved to the client's record.
Can clients send weekly updates on WhatsApp?
Yes, clients can message your WhatsApp Business number and your team sees the conversation in the WhatsApp inbox. Ask clients not to send sensitive medical documents by chat; use a form or upload instead.
Can it read lab reports?
For wellness practices, the AI can extract values from an uploaded lab report into the client record. It is a typing aid, not a diagnosis. Check every value against the original report.
Do I need GST registration to use invoices?
No. If you're not registered, invoices don't show GST. Once you add a GSTIN, tax is calculated with CGST and SGST or IGST depending on the client's state.
