IV therapy and wellness lounges
IV therapy clinic software for chairs, consent and stock.
IV therapy and hydration lounges are new in India, and most software built for them is American. JBMOnboard360 runs the front office of an Indian lounge: chair-by-chair bookings, intake and consent before the drip, session packages, consumables deducted per visit in ml and mg, WhatsApp follow-up and GST-ready bills. Clinical decisions and charting stay with your medical team and their systems.
What makes a lounge different
Why a hydration lounge doesn't fit salon or OPD software
An IV lounge combines three things that rarely share one system. The chairs behave like salon stations: limited, booked in slots, and expensive when empty. Each visit needs medical screening and consent like a clinic. And every session uses measurable stock (bags, sets, cannulas and the components your medical team prescribes) that has to be counted to the millilitre if the margin is to be real.
Salon software books the chair but ignores consent and consumables. OPD software handles the consult but not the package, the walk-in queue or the stock. American IV software is built around US payments, HIPAA and SMS, none of which matches how an Indian lounge collects money, stores data or talks to clients.
What JBMOnboard360 does in a lounge
- Chair lanes. The day view shows each chair or room as a lane, flags clashes and lets the front desk drag a session to another chair or time.
- Online booking requests. A public booking page lets guests request a slot; your team approves it after a quick screening call, which suits a service that needs medical sign-off.
- Intake and consent before the session. Intake forms by link or QR code at reception, and consent forms with e-signature (signing time and IP recorded). Case-sheet templates for wellness clinics, plus documents and session records on each guest.
- Consumables in ml and mg. Link consumables to a service, and each session deducts what was used from stock in the unit you track, with adjustments when a session used more or less. A reorder list shows what's running low.
- Packages and prepaid cards. Sell a set of sessions as a package with per-visit redemption and expiry, or a prepaid card with top-ups.
- WhatsApp follow-up. The WhatsApp AI bot answers general questions (timings, location, how long a session takes, how to book) from your knowledge base. Automations send reminders before visits and a check-in after.
- GST billing. Invoices with GSTIN, SAC codes and the right CGST/SGST or IGST split. See the note on classification below.
- Multi-branch. Every lounge sees its own day; the owner sees all lounges together.

Running the numbers
Why consumable tracking matters more in IV than anywhere else
In a salon, a few millilitres of shampoo don't move the margin. In an IV lounge, the cost of each session is mostly what goes into and alongside the bag. If the front desk sells a package at one price and the medical team adjusts the components per guest, the only way to know whether a package is profitable is to deduct what was actually used. JBMOnboard360 records that per visit, so the monthly view of stock used and revenue earned comes from the same data.
Talking to guests on WhatsApp
Most guests in India will message rather than call. The WhatsApp bot handles the first reply at any hour and saves the lead, but keep it to general information. Medical questions, screening answers and anything about a guest's health should go through your intake form and a conversation with your team, not a chat bot. If you advertise, keep landing pages and messages free of drug names and treatment claims; ad platforms and medical advertising rules both restrict them.
GST
Whether a session is exempt health care or a taxable wellness service depends on how and by whom it's provided. Lounges often end up with a mix. Set the SAC code and rate per line and agree the classification with your chartered accountant. Our GST billing guide for clinics explains bills of supply and tax invoices.
Pricing
₹1,999 per user per month billed annually, plus 18% GST, or ₹2,499 per user per month billed monthly. 7-day free trial, no card. Groups with several lounges should also read multi-branch clinic software.
