Clinic management software, India

Clinic management software for the front desk, the follow-up and the money.

JBMOnboard360 runs the business side of a clinic: WhatsApp enquiries, appointments, client records and case sheets, packages, GST invoices, stock and staff, across one or several branches. It is not an EMR and it isn't ABDM-integrated, so read the section on who it suits before you try it.

Be clear first

Clinic management software vs EMR: which do you need?

Search for clinic management software in India and most results lead with EMR features: e-prescriptions, ICD codes, ABHA IDs and ABDM linking. Those matter if you are a doctor-led clinic writing prescriptions all day, or you want patients' records linked to the national health stack.

Many clinics run a different business. A physiotherapy centre sells courses of sessions. An aesthetic or hair clinic sells packages and follows up enquiries from Instagram. A nutrition or wellness practice runs programmes over weeks. For them, the daily problems are enquiries going unanswered, no-shows, package balances, GST invoices and staff rosters, not prescriptions.

JBMOnboard360 is built for that second group. It keeps client records and case sheets, but it does not do e-prescriptions, ABDM/ABHA integration, ICD coding or dental charting. If you need those, use an EMR, and consider JBMOnboard360 only for the front-office and follow-up side.

WhatsApp in practice

Why WhatsApp belongs inside clinic software

When WhatsApp is a separate tool, the front desk works in two places: chat on one screen, appointments on another. Details get retyped, and nobody can see that the person asking about knee physio is already a client with four sessions left on her package. With WhatsApp inside JBMOnboard360, new enquiries become leads automatically, existing clients' messages sit next to their record, and reminders are triggered by the calendar.

What you need: your own WhatsApp Business Platform number, connected through Meta's Cloud API or Twilio. Meta's per-message charges are billed by Meta or your provider, separately from the subscription; see our WhatsApp API pricing guide. JBMOnboard360 doesn't send SMS.

Data and privacy

The India platform is hosted in Mumbai on AWS. Accounts support two-factor sign-in, role-based access, and export of your data. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, your clinic is the data fiduciary for patient data; our DPDP guide for clinics covers the practical steps, including keeping medical details off WhatsApp.

Price

₹1,999 per user per month billed annually, or ₹2,499 per user per month billed monthly, plus 18% GST, with a 7-day free trial and no card needed. Pricing is per user, so a clinic with one receptionist and one doctor pays for two users. Some clinic software charges per clinic instead, which can be cheaper for a larger team; our clinic software pricing guide compares the models.

Questions

Clinic software questions

Is JBMOnboard360 ABDM compliant?

It is not integrated with ABDM and does not create or link ABHA IDs. If ABDM linking is a requirement for you, choose an ABDM-integrated EMR.

No. There is no e-prescription module. Use an EMR for prescriptions and JBMOnboard360 for appointments, follow-ups, packages and billing.

Does it work for multiple branches?

Yes. Branches sit under one account, with reports across them and staff access controlled by role.

Can patients book online?
